Not that I'm complaining, but I was under the impression that "Filmscan 2" was the max quality level. VC-5 uses some of the features from Cineform but it's a different codec.

Decoder should be the same I think. They fix bugs, they don't do completely new implementations. Industry is so legacy and lazy. But where did "Filmscan 3" come from? Vfhd frame was most different? I couldn't decide if it's irony or not.
